Introduction to Coaching (Level 1)

Course Details | An introductory course to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to lead a rugby training session. |
Format & Length | 1 day course (8hrs) |
Who is it for? | Open to all participants wishing to work under the guidance of a head coach, coaching co-ordinator or Union scheme. Some previous rugby knowledge is advised. |

Developing Rugby Skills (Level 2)

Course Details | This course is designed to provide coaches with the skills needed to coach teenage and adult players in the club or school environment (in major Unions) and to higher levels in less developed Unions. It aims to develop coaches who know 'how' to coach as well as 'what' to coach. |

NROC Integrated Course
Course Code | NROC |
Course Details | An Integrated Course with CoachSG and World Rugby modules for aspiring coaches that looking to coach competitively in MOE school scene. |
Format & Length | Blended course format: 2 x 4hrs Online Sessions (Day/Afternoon delivery). 2 x 8hr Classroom and practical field sessions. Participants will be required to show competency in delivery a coaching session with adequate session planning. |
Who is it for? | Open to coaches currently actively involved in coaching at U10 level or above |

Match Officials
Match Officiating 101
Course Code | MO101 |
Course Details | A pre-Level 1 workshop designed to provide participants with an overview of the role of the Match Official and the basic principles of refereeing the Tackle, Ruck, Scrum & Lineout. |

Match Officiating (Level 2)

Course Details | A course focused on the development of officiating in a safe, competent and enjoyable way with a minimum standard of officiating skills. |
Format & Length | Blended Course: Online Theory (6 x 90 minutes) with Practical Officiating (2 matches)

Who is it for? | Participants who are currently active referees officiating at U15 level or above with a minimum of 2 years' experience. |

Medical
First Aid In Rugby (Level 1)

Course Details | The course is tailored for participants who wish to be trained in basic sports first aid with a concentration on rugby. These includes coaches, teachers, parents, sports officials, players and any others who may be asked to respond to an injured athlete at a sports event or during training. The course will be conducted by local and overseas faculty with experience in medical first aid, pre-hospital immediate care and sports medicine education. |

Immediate Care In Rugby (Level 2)
Course Code | L2ICIR |
Course Details | The Level 2 ICIR course is a Rugby Medical course certified by World Rugby. It aims to introduce participants to skills and equipment required to facilitate the delivery of immediate care to our athletes who may suffer a time critical life or limb threatening injury or medical condition. |
Format & Length | Candidates will experience training in a positive, practical learning environment delivered by a diverse and experienced faculty from the fields of pre-hospital care, emergency medicine and sports and exercise medicine. As part of assessment, candidates will be undergo evaluation to ascertain that knowledge and skills taught have been adequately and confidently acquired. This is to ensure that candidates are able to deliver such immediate care post-course. |
